PLAID, BABY PLAID

In the midst of July I came down with a horrible disease which left me in quarantine for a week. To make the most of my time in a rural farmhouse, I curled up with my grandmother’s collection of needlework books, most notably – Erica Wilson‘s Needleplay and More Needleplay. It was browsing through one of those that I came upon this “plaiding” technique. It produces quite the effect, and I produced quite the coaster.
